Most do. an account that lets you buy options you can use the foundation, which means you can use a so-called spy or buy any other index that the ETF trade and for a symbolic contribution.
Edit:
I know I always say "eventually", but there is no such thing - especially because an index is not in itself an advantage for investment. But among the options on ETFs, you can usually get the same effect you would have received by buying a future.
