Tequila Neck Pain What Is The Asian Enzyme?

What is the Asian Enzyme? - tequila neck pain

I was told that I have the enzyme in Asia, because when I red on my stomach and face severe neck'm sick. The pain and redness disappeared after about fifteen minutes and I feel good. I was told that they are also the symptoms of the so-called enzyme Asia.
The strangest thing is that all alcohol except tequila, I feel this way. I do not understand it too?
